I. Reasons for registration
A. This is an important memorial, symbolizing the Japanese mausoleum of immigrant village.
B. This is an important proof, which has the historic value and symbolizes the history of Japanese immigrants developing the land.
II. Regulations of registration
The registration is based on the Article 15 of The Cultural Heritage Preservation Act and the Article 4 of The Auxiliary Regulations of Reviewing the Registration and Abolishment of Historical Structures.
III. The announcement is issued in accordance with the amendment of Fu Wen Zi Zi Document No. 0990079195A on May 12th, 2010.
