Introduction：
The Hualien County Cultural Affairs Bureau Park is located on the pacific coast of Taiwan. The park's green grass unifies sky and oceans color palette on a clear day.
This is an excellent space for leisure activities. The library at the Hualien County Cultural Affairs Bureau stands with the Museum of Fine Arts, Stone Sculpture Hall and Performance Hall in the park. The library is constructed with finished wood with light green color tones. Large French windows increase the view from inside, creating a comfortable reading space for visitors.
The entrance from the lobby goes directly to the 2nd gloor of the library. The library has an information desk, stacks, a periodicals room, a digital learning room, and a personal audio/visual room. The first floor of the library containing reference room, a children's reading room and screening room.Additionally, the third floor of the library serves as a general reading room.

From Northern Taiwan
Take National Highway 5 through Xueshan Tunnel→go along Su-hua Highway→reach Hualien→ go straight on Provincial Highway 9 (Fuqian Road→take a left onto Minquan 9th Street→take a left onto Minquan Road→proceed for around two minutes and you will arrive
From Southern Taiwan
Take Provincial Highway 1 (Ping-E Highway→turn right at Fenggang in Pingdong County onto Provincial Highway 9→follow the highway to Hualien→go straight on Fuqian Road→turn left onto Minquan 9th Street→take a left onto Minquan Road→ proceed straight for two minutes or so and you will arrive.

From Hualien New Station, take a Hualien Bus Co. Qixing line or Airport Line bus and alight at Hualien County Stone Sculptural Museum
